About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the delivery of courier services, which is covered by the separate service agreement executed with your organization.
Where these terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement takes precedence.
Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to extract content at scale.
Information accuracy
We aim to keep service descriptions, coverage areas and capability statements accurate and current. They are provided for general information and do not form part of any contract.
Coverage, transit times and service availability are confirmed at the point of quotation, not by this website.
Quotes and inquiries
Submitting a form does not create a contract or a service commitment. A booking exists only once confirmed by our dispatch team under an active service agreement.
Do not use website forms for time-critical or STAT requests. Those must go directly to dispatch by phone.
Intellectual property
The content, design, logo and brand assets on this site belong to NovaMed Express. You may not reproduce or adapt them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Liability relating to courier services is addressed in the service agreement.
